TEST Product - Bejmat Blue Jean
A worn-denim blue settles into the clay, softened by hand-cut edges and the subtle irregularity that gives handmade Moroccan Zellige its depth. Bejmat Blue Jean brings that relaxed, tailored color to a rectangular Bejmat tile made for walls, floors, interior rooms, exterior areas, and wet spaces. Use it where a surface should feel tactile and architectural, with variation from piece to piece rather than flat uniformity.

1. Delivery Inspection
When your order arrives, please take the time to check everything carefully before signing for it. All our deliveries are fully insured against damage, so if anything arrives broken or in poor condition, it's important that you note this clearly on the delivery note. This is what allows us to act quickly and get things sorted for you.
Please keep in mind: if you sign the delivery note without recording any damage, we may not be able to offer replacements or refunds for affected items.
If you notice any damage upon delivery, here's what to do:
- Go through the delivery thoroughly before signing anything.
- If items are damaged, write "damaged" on the delivery note before you sign.
- Let us know straight away and don't wait.
- We may ask for written confirmation of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Take clear digital photos of the damaged items and send them to us as soon as possible, as these are needed to process any insurance claim.
If someone else is receiving the delivery on your behalf, please make sure they're fully aware of the above steps before the delivery day.
2. Delivery Company & Site Access
All our deliveries are handled through national pallet networks, which work via central hubs and local depots across the country. Because of this, Noria Tiles cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or any costs that may result from them.
When placing your order, please let us know about anything at your site that could make delivery difficult. Our vehicles are typically large, and we need to know in advance about things like:
- Parking restrictions
- Congestion charges
- Narrow lanes or roads
- Slopes or steep driveways
- Height restrictions
- Weak or weight-limited bridges
If we're not informed of these in advance and a redelivery is required, additional charges may apply.
We also strongly advise against booking tradespeople for installation on the same day as your delivery. Noria Tiles will not be liable for any costs resulting from a delayed delivery.
3. Curbside Delivery
Please be aware that delivery drivers are not able to bring items inside your property. All deliveries are curbside only, meaning goods will be offloaded at the nearest suitable point to your address, which may be the roadside.
For orders over 150 sq ft, pallets may be larger and heavier than usual. Anything you can do to help make the drop-off smoother and closer to your property is genuinely appreciated.
You or someone acting on your behalf must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available when the driver arrives, the goods will not be offloaded and a redelivery fee will apply.
Please make sure all items are checked on arrival and that the delivery note is signed correctly. We will not be able to accept claims if the note has been signed as "unchecked."
4. Pallets & Crates
Your order will usually arrive on pallets or in crates, which are considered part of the delivery. Noria Tiles is not responsible for removing or collecting pallets and crates from your site, unless this has been specifically agreed upon beforehand.
Even with the care we put into packaging every order, breakages can sometimes happen during transit. It's just the nature of shipping fragile goods. For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering at least 15% more tiles than your calculated area, to account for any transit damage as well as the cuts needed during installation. Please be aware that we do not accept liability for damage, delays, or reshipment costs on orders placed without this recommended buffer.
For samples, all standard orders are limited to four samples per tile. Orders that exceed this limit may be cancelled and refunded.
Trade account holders, architects, designers, and other industry professionals are welcome to request up to five free samples by reaching out to us at info@noriatiles.com
Please keep in mind that all samples and showroom displays are intended as a general guide only and should not be taken as an exact representation of your final order. Because our tiles are handmade and kiln-fired, natural colour variation between batches is part of the process and part of what makes each tile unique.
Since tiles are made to order and there is often a gap in time between sampling and placing a final order, we cannot guarantee that your order will come from the same kiln batch as your sample. This means the colour of the tiles you receive may differ slightly from the sample you were shown.
Crafted by hand and heart, the Noria Mosaic Zellige Tiles are a love letter to ancient Moroccan artistry, one that's been given a fresh, contemporary soul. Every tile is hand-chiseled and glazed by master artisans in Fez, following traditions that have been passed down through generations, untouched by time.
What you get is something beautifully honest, surfaces that are perfectly imperfect, alive with rich tonal variation, natural depth, and a warmth you can actually feel. Noria's signature mosaic collections take timeless geometry and weave it together with a bold, modern spirit, creating rhythmic patterns that turn kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and feature walls into spaces that genuinely move you.
No two tiles are ever the same, and honestly, that's the whole point.
